We strive to give our guests an inspired, comfortable and seamless travel experience.
We host vacation home rentals that are special in location, design and comfort.
We are a team of perfectionists that are constantly, sometimes maddeningly, tweaking and improving the tiniest of details.
We handle everything when it comes to upkeep and guest satisfaction. We don’t piece meal. We handle all guest interactions, your home’s listing, cleanings, maintenance, pricing and issues during a guest’s stay.

If your home meets any of the following characteristics, we may be a good fit:

Unique Architecture - A-frame, dome, mid-century modern, historic, anything interesting and different

Special Design or Theme - Will have or has a unique theme or interior design, even if the architecture itself isn’t unique

Superb Views or Location - Mountains, forest, desert, lake
Our other requirements:

Elevated Design - Homes with elevated design perform better and are a wonderful experience for our guests

No Deterrents or Lack of Amenities - Home must be in a safe location, have what guests would consider basic amenities (WIFI, AC, laundry) and not have any deterrents or challenges (excessive power lines, lack of parking and excessive noise). In certain locations, not having a pool would be a deterrent. If you’re not sure, just fill out our questionnaire!

Set Up By Our Team - Setting up a home is not as easy as it seems. A lot of money can be wasted by choosing the wrong linens or furnishings. We set up the home for success! Please note: turnkey is NEVER turnkey. Home set ups start at $30,000.

Investment Property - Must be an investment property or second home used no more than a cumulative 1 month per year by the owner, friends and family.
